Postal ID’s are one of the most important ID’s that you will be needing if you want to apply for a Job or Apply for a New Bank Account on several Government Institutions or Private Banks in the Philippines.     5. Elementary or High School Form 137

    7. NBI Clearance
    8. OWWA ID
    9. Pag-Ibig ID
    10. Philhealth ID
    11. Police Clearance
    12. PRC ID
    13. Seaman’s Book
    14. Senior Citizens ID
    15. School ID
    16. Transcript of Records
    17. TIN ID
    18. Voters ID
  3. Proof of Address
    1. Barangay Clearance
    2. Utility Bill
    3. Bank Statement
    4. Credit Card Statement
    5. Certified True Copy Lease , Title
    6. Marriage Certificate

Postal ID Requirements for Foreign Residents

The requirements provided below are only applicable for foreign nationals residing in the Philippines and wants to apply for a Postal ID.

  1. Two copies of completely filled out postal ID application form.
  2. Passport with 6 months validity before application.
  3. Any of the documents with six months validity before application.
    1. Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card
    2. Diplomatic VISA
    3. Long Stay Visitor Visa Extension (LSVVE)
    4. Special Resident Retiree’s VISA (SRRV)
    5. Temporary Resident VISA (TRV)
  4. Proof of Address (these documents must be issued within 3 months).
    1. Bank Statements
    2. Barangay Certificate of Residency
    3. Certification from temporary residence
    4. Credit Card Statement
    5. Lease Contract
    6. School Billing Statement
    7. Utility Bill (Electric, Water, Internet, Cable, etc.)

After completing all the necessary requirements submit it to any postal office in your area. The employees will require you to proceed with the ID Data Capture where you will be processed for Facial, Fingerprint and Signature scanning. Lastly, the Postal ID will be delivered to your given location within 10 to 15 working days and the Postal ID Fee will be ₱504.00 inclusive of the delivery free and 12% VAT with the total cost of ₱650.00.
